Hillwoods Academy, Noida, made a vibrant contribution to the Sector 122 Diwali Utsav. The cultural programme commenced with the traditional lamp lighting by the Chief Guest – Shri Yogendra Sharma, FONRWA, Chairman (Federation of Noida Residential welfare association). A soulful Ganesha Vandana followed, setting the festive mood for the evening.
Students from Grades I to IV, under the expert guidance of Ms. Soma, stole the show with their energetic Dandiya performance. Their captivating dance moves and colorful attire left the audience mesmerised.
At the educational stall, Ms. Sandhya and Ms. Shilpa engaged visitors with informative insights into its state-of-the-art facilities and infrastructure. Additionally, visitors were introduced to the unique HKYC programme, highlighting its distinctive features.
Ms. Jyoti and Ms. Kanchan, created magic as they turned into tattoo artists and enthralled the children who visited the stall. This activity also made the crowd gravitate towards the stall and was quite a hit!
Headmistress madam, Ms. Harshita Gupta was called upon the stage to address the audience and say a few words of appreciation. She praised the Resident Welfare Association for a well organised function and shared her pleasure and pride at the participation of the students of Hillwoods Academy at the festival.
The Diwali Utsav was a resounding success, showcasing the talent of our students and the community spirit.
