There is emphasis on coming neatly dressed to school as well as on posture correction and carrying oneself with confidence. Physical fitness is encouraged and pride is associated with being well turned out. Unity and teamwork is reflected in sports and House activities. Individuality is showcased in all solo competitions and creative pursuits.
It encourages the habit of expressing, labeling and embracing an emotion through the medium of drawing, recording or written form, in order to help a child become an emotionally strong and compassionate adult. Discipline is seen as a tool which helps develop organisational skills and good habits. It teaches staff and students alike how to conduct themselves at a place of learning while working on being organised. This skill allows them to use their resources efficiently and effectively. Being disciplined means to use time and energy effectively to accomplish tasks and achieve goals.
